Key team members
John Sherrington — Senior Partner
John Sherrington was the founder of the firm. He is a solicitor with over 32 years' experience of personal injury litigation, having dealt with his first million pound case in 1987 at the age of 29.
Matt Dixon — Partner
Matthew Dixon is the Legal Operations Partner of the firm. He has over 20 years' experience in personal injury litigation, and has been with the firm since it was founded. His responsibilities include: full legal supervision; compliance guidance; fee earner mentoring; and legal and financial performance delivery / monitoring.
Tim Walters — Partner
Tim Walters is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has over 26 years’ experience as a personal injury lawyer and has been with the firm since the day it was founded. Tim is also a deputy of the Court of Protection, and heads up the Court of Protection department.
Matthew Heap — Partner
Matthew Heap is a Partner of the firm, and has over 20 years' experience of personal injury litigation. As well as running a department, he also runs the firm's Risk Assessment Team, which has responsibility for the assessment of prospects of success, risk and funding options.
Ben Priestley — Partner
Ben is a senior solicitor and Partner at the firm, with over 15 years' experience in personal injury. He is a key part of the firm's Catastrophic Injury Team, who are responsible for managing the largest cases under our care.
